We use peanut oil for two reasons: first, we found that it has a pleasant flavor for our customers, and second, because it is healthier than other oils. Peanut oil contains antioxidants and healthy fats, as well as natural trans fats and is cholesterol-free. Since it is a highly refined oil, it does not cause allergic reactions because the proteins are removed during processing. However, it is important to note that we cannot guarantee that there will be no allergic reactions.

In simple terms, our certified American Angus beef comes from the best farms in the world. We are committed to growing through the "Never Ever Program," which means our beef is never exposed to steroids, antibiotics, growth hormones, chemicals, or additives. Never! We only work with farms that share our belief that cattle should graze freely and lead a happy, relaxed life. All cattle are fed natural foods, such as grass, hay, grains, and legumes, before transitioning to a corn-based diet to help maintain the great flavor of the meat.

Our VegeFi Hamburger is vegetarian, not vegan. We use dairy products such as Parmesan cheese, Fontina cheese, and eggs. This not only creates great flavor but also gives our burger its shape and consistency.

Each patty weighs slightly less than a quarter pound before being cooked. In our specialty burgers, we add two patties. This doesn't mean it's too much food; it’s about offering the highest quality meat, free of chemicals and raised humanely.

Allergens such as nuts, peanuts, and other agents are present at BurgerFi, and we cook everything with peanut oil. Since our bread currently contains gluten, we can prepare any of our burgers and hot dogs "Green-Style." This means that instead of using bread, we’ll substitute it with fresh, crunchy lettuce leaves. Our VegeFi Burger is made with breadcrumbs, the onion rings are coated with a flour mixture, and the beer generally contains gluten.

Making delicious food that you can order, pick up, and eat quickly actually requires a bit more time and preparation. At BurgerFi, we are committed to serving fresh, high-quality food to each of our customers. As a result of our commitment to quality, the fries are hand-cut and we ensure they are the freshest; to create our BurgerFi sauce, we carefully select the freshest ingredients; our food preparation processes may take longer than at any other traditional fast food restaurant.
