Had a mishap with a DoorDash delivery from BurgerFi tonight, and the manager, Jon, was a rockstar. He had my order remade immediately and personally hand delivered my order. I was so impressed with his level of professionalism and how he took pride in providing the highest level of customer service. Jon, thank you so much - the food was delicious.

Exceptional Service & Delicious Burgers! I had such a fantastic experience at BurgerFi! The food was absolutely delicious—the burger was cooked to perfection, and the flavors were amazing. But what truly made my visit unforgettable was the incredible staff. While dining outside on a particularly windy day, the strap of my Louis Vuitton bag got stuck between the table. It seemed almost impossible to get it out, but three amazing employees, Sharias, ,Sophia and Joseph went above and beyond to help me. They were so kind, patient, and determined to solve the problem. Thanks to their efforts, my bag was saved, and I couldn’t be more grateful! Their outstanding customer service made my day, and I believe their hard work deserves recognition. I truly hope BurgerFi acknowledges their dedication with a small reward or appreciation—because employees like them make all the difference! Highly recommend this place—not just for the great food, but for the amazing people who work here!

I have been going to BurgerFi since 2020. I used to go to the one in Boynton off Gateway but it closed. So it was my first time coming here. Upon entering the establishment, we were greeted by the staff with a very friendly “hello and welcome!” The lady taking our order was very friendly. We dined in and the food was brought to our table. I had a hamburger with a cry fry. The food was what I’ve come to expect. It was cooked fresh and good. A little while later a nice gentleman working there named Edwin asked how we were doing and said if we need anything to let him know. He also informed us about how the fries are cooked fresh every day and the quality of the food. He was very nice and welcoming. I highly recommend this location.
