I really like Burger Fi. I visited this place on a weekend and it was fairly crowded. I ordered the Bacon Cheese with Fi sauce and my companion ordered the Burger Fi with grilled onions. We also ordered a side of onion rings and fries along with a dogfish head 60 IPA. (yes they serve beer!!) This is the type of place where you pay at the register and someone will bring you your order. The food arrived very quickly and the burgers were delicious. It was a little pricey for burgers and fries. we paid close to $40.00, but we did get a beer too. Overall great place with a very nice dine-in atmosphere.

When I arrived, I wasn’t sure what I wanted. But after speaking with Jamese—who was absolutely amazing—she patiently helped me decide, even though it took me a while to figure it out. She recommended the Beyond Burger, and let me tell you, it was the best sandwich I’ve had since starting my no-meat diet! Despite the restaurant being short-staffed, Jamese was handling multiple tasks—taking orders, passing out food to dine-in customers, and managing call-in, Grubhub, and DoorDash orders—all with a great attitude. The young lady cleaning the lobby was also very kind. The table I wanted had just been vacated, and as soon as I sat down, she quickly came over and asked, “May I clean this area for you so you can enjoy your meal in a clean environment?” I really appreciated that level of care. What stood out the most was Jamese’s dedication. She was in the middle of eating but immediately put her food aside to jump in and help. I’ve never seen someone move like that in fast food! The entire staff was pleasant, and the service was outstanding.
Jamese was very approachable and polite to me and my son upon arriving. She took great care of us and we very much appreciate great hospitality whenever we come out to eat. Will be coming back.

My husband and I love to have a simple yummy date night at this burger fi! The service is always impeccable and the restaurant is so clean! Jamese was our server this evening and she gave us great recommendations which resulted in us trying 2 new things! Very satisfied with this location!
BBQ RODEO BURGER WITH WAYGU was amazing! Onion rings were spot on just enough crisp! The Oreo custard was the perfect! All around amazing food and very quick service less than 10 minutes.

Ronaldo with the bank is going on with you yep in Riverside I visited BurgerFi as a broken fryer Burger fry oh BurgerFi and listen to hospitality was off the chain the food was excellent was fresh the hospitality was great all the employees an employers and everybody Tim, Art and Lorenzo they were great people amongst the other ones that was working with them I recommend BurgerFi for anyone that wants that kind of treatment continue to revisit
I visited BurgerFri today 2-3-2025 the food was off the chain (great) tasting and cooked to profession. I can not dress how great the hospitality is. Thanks Art, Tim and Lorenzo keep up the great work

I visited the Riverside location today and must admit I was hangry so I wasn't the most pleasant to deal with. The cashier remained professional and courteous. I ordered the CEO Burger and my granddaughter had the BurgerFi with cheese and we had fries with the aioli sauce... we were both extremely pleased with our food. This is by far the best burger we both have had very juicy and extremely flavorful worth every penny. I will definitely be back real soon to try other menu items.
It was our first visit to BurgerFi in a few months and Jamese was super helpful walking us through the new menu items and recommendations for our dinner tonight! She gave honest, informative reviews of the menu and we were super satisfied with our meals. Our food was fresh and delicious.
