I’ve been coming here for years - we actually live in LBTS. Today I had the pleasure of sitting down with Art who owns the franchise. What a delightful gentleman. He checked on me and I mentioned the veggie burger seemed to change. He immediately offered to make me something else then chatted with me about the changes they are making. There was nothing at all wrong with the burger; it was just different and I thought I was nuts, but no! It was such a fun experience - in addition to great food. Love my town and the businesses here!
I went to BurgerFi at Lauderdale by the Sea March 7, 2025 The restaurant was spotless. I noticed the manager Janice was constantly wiping tables, condiment stations etc. She was constantly sweeping the floor. The floor was spotless. I asked her name so I could write this review, she was lovely.
Edit: I originally left a 5 star review without any comments but since then I've been back a couple of times and I still maintain the 5 star rating. Burgers, fries, and custard were great each time. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Excellent burgers, including two vegetarian options, an impossible and a quinoa. My wife had the quinoa and said it was the best burger she’s ever had.

We had never tried BugerFi before but were really impressed. The quality of the food and the somewhat unusual options were a nice change to the gourmet style burgers we get in the UK.
I just wanted to take a moment to acknowledge the amazing service I’ve receive from Moe, your night supervisor. Anytime I call to place a delivery order or order in person when she is there, she’s always so pleasant and makes sure everything is taken care of. She’s great at answering my questions and double-checking that everything is right. When I had an issue with my order, Moe went above and beyond to resolve it. It’s rare to find a manager in customer service these days who is genuinely professional and attentive, especially when many businesses are known for rude or unhelpful attitudes. Moe stands out because she is always courteous and takes the time to ensure everything is handled properly. Thank you for having someone like her on your team. It truly makes a difference.
