We had an amazing experience at BurgerFi! From the moment we walked in, Nicole took our order with a warm and welcoming attitude. She was incredibly helpful in guiding us through the menu, offering great recommendations on items and toppings. Her friendly and knowledgeable service made our visit even better! The food was absolutely delicious—especially the chicken wings, which, in our opinion, beat many other places hands down. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. Mark also went above and beyond, walking up to our table to check in on us. He kindly offered to take our trays and took a moment to chat, making sure we were enjoying our meal. That kind of personal touch really made a difference! Great food, outstanding service, and a welcoming atmosphere—we’ve now become regulars at this place.

The food is always amazing here. The playlist is always turning out hits and the restaurant feels so nice and cozy. Everyone who works here is super friendly. Isabella took care of my friend and I, and she was super sweet and kind. Love this place.
