I do not usually like burgers, but today I was craving one bad. And Natalya, the loveliest cashier I have ever experienced, made it happen for me. With an air of diligence and southern hospitality she guided me through the selection BurgerFi carried (as I am usually cripplingly indecisive) and I chose my meal with certainty and excitement-which ended up being as delicious as she had described. Casual dining experiences can be so apathetic these days, but Natalya brought me back to an era of superb customer service. That girl deserves a raise!!

Came in yesterday! Vanessa was working the front counter and what a sweetheart! Big smile, warm, friendly, a genuinely awesome young lady! Way to go BurgerFi! Great hire! She's definitely a great one to have out in front of folks👍👍🥳 she's a Rockstar!
Jay was amazinggggg funny and informative. He provided us a great experience in the short time me and my friend Donald were there. The food was cooked to perfection and satisfied us tremendously. Give that man a raise!!!! I’ll definitely be coming back.
Best burger ever. Wish there was one in Canada
While on a day trip to Winter Park with my Brother-in-Law, BurgerFi was reccomended by a Lexus car salesman. Thanks David. 👍 We stopped in here for dinner. This place is in a super active spot next to Rollins College. The place is on a side Street with a lot of other eateries and shoppers. BFi was jumping with 20-40 year olds and a girl scout cookie stand outside doing a great business. So we both ordered regular cheeseburgers, with fries and I also had onion rings and a chocolate shake. For some reason the don't have the Chocolate Brownie shake with chunks anymore 😔. The burger was thick, meaty and juicy. The bun was firm yet soft and chewy to sop up those juices. The onion rings were big thick slices with a nice seasoned batter and the fries...have to say I loved them and couldn't stop eating them until I was gonna ng to burst. Pretty good experience and the waitress was super. Definitely loved this place.
I work close to this store and often come in around 30 minutes before closing time. One employee, Lucas, is consistently helpful and accommodating. I really appreciate his cheerful attitude & recommendations every time.

Stephany was super nice to us and on a cold day it was nice to have some warm chicken tenders and fries. A lot of their drinks and desserts r cold so it wasn’t the ideal winter eating spot but it hit diff so I don’t care

Just visited after a Rollins lacrosse game! The restaurant was pretty busy but the guy working the counter, Lucas, was on top of his game! He was friendly, efficient and delivered excellent customer service. The food was delicious and we will be back again :)

I love Burger Fi! Love their gigantic onion rings. The burgers are very tasty, angus beef. My wife loved her salad. Wish there was a Burger Fi in Wisconsin. (I know the food is high calorie, but you gotta “let it snap” once in a while!)
