I was was amazing
This was my first time and let me tell you I had a great experience the staff took good care of me and gave me their opinions in what they recommend. Sarah was very kind and welcoming, she has great customer service skills and she was extremely respectful. I also want to thank Andre as he went above and beyond to make sure that my first experience was what it should be when you go to a food restaurant for the first time. Their burgers are delicious and I can’t wait to go back to FL to grab another one. Highly recommended!
When I entered the establishment I was greeted with a very clean and well maintained dining area, great music selection, service that was excellent, and the food was acceptable, a true staple in American cuisine. The woman who took my order was Sarah and she was amazing and showed great hospitality,a truly solid experience will be returning.
Great customer service! My sister placed an order and when we got all the way home she noticed it was missing the special add on haystack onions. She called to let them know and they went above and beyond to offer the opportunity to come back when convenient and redeem a new burger and shake. My burger was made perfectly and the fries were delicious. Great location and very friendly staff that cares about the customer experience. Thank you to Vi for going above and beyond to make things right. We will definitely be back!
Came in to get a nice lunch the other day never had it but always see the place recently visited BurgerFi for the first time, and I have to say, I was impressed! From the moment I walked in, the vibe was welcoming and the staff was super friendly and welcoming and I decided to try one of their signature burgers, and it did not disappoint The fries were crispy and the milkshake was yummy Definitely a place I’ll be returning to.

We had an awesome experience at BurgerFi! The food was great, but what made it even better was the incredible service. Kanari was so friendly and kind, making sure we had everything we needed and going above and beyond to make our visit special. Definitely recommend this place, and Kanari's hospitality made it even more enjoyable!
