Best fastfood! Always hot and fresh. Love the lettuce wrap veggie burger. Urban style fresh made French fries never disappoint. Have visited this location multiple times and am always impressed with the service received. Every server/manager we have ever had has always gone above and beyond to provide a great dining experience.

I had the fried chicken sandwich and it was very good. Very juicy and flavor fully. It was extremely hot. Fries were not my favorite but that’s just not my type of fry (similar to five guys but not as greasy). All around good food. Got a shake too and that’s great. The staff was very nice.
Came in for late take out dinner and it was excellent. Even though then we're shutting down, the manager made my food while the employees worked. He reassured me it was OK to order even though I came in late. Good job and thank you.
I went during lunch and it was so cool to see the employees having a good time like they actually enjoy their job which you don't see that anywhere. I got my food and it looked perfect. I talked to dylan (the manager) and he was dancing the most whole doing a great job! I'll be back sooner than later.
I went on Sunday and it was beyond impressive seeing the manager serve food, check on customers, help the cashiers, take dishes back, and help the other cooks on the line. I definitely will be back because of him. I didn’t catch his name but he’s tall
Ordered pickup multiple times from this location. No issues getting food from curbside window - the order has been ready at the pickup time everytime.

Burgers were excellent! One time my order was missing something from the burger and they were more than accommodating. This is a delicious burger place!
My work group just had the most phenomenal experience at this location. Dylan absolutely gave us a top tier experience that absolutely blew my expectations out of the water. None of us had been here before and we had a lot of questions, and he was immediately gracious and open and repeated multiple times that he was here to help us make the best decision possible. In addition, when he brought our meal to the table, there were six of us and he clearly labeled each of the items with a number on the receipt to help make sure everyone got the right food. After delivering our food, he walked around and insured. Each of the other guests was having a phenomenal experience. I'm honestly blown away, this was my first experience Burger Fi and we work right near here, we will most definitely be back. Way to provide a top tier experience Dylan, we are very grateful for your hospitality and making us feel right at home.
Best wagyu burger I've had in a while! Super tasty and the onion rings were on point as well. Really good ranch too

I'm glad we decided to try this place despite reading some of the poor reviews. We had a great first experience. It was Friday night rush and several other families dining in and picking up. Was still able to grab a table inside. Also, our food came quick and was exactly what we ordered. The food tasted how we expected based on the online pictures, and we will definitely go back.
Something needs to be done about the sewer smell!

Absolutely loved it here the employees were so polite and burgers cooked just right and I ordered wings one night for the fam and it was hit . 10/10 would recommend
