First time here and glad I came. From the awesome menu to the toppings and drink station. This is one of my favorite and go to burgers places now. Come check them out. At least once. I got the BBQ rodeo burger with a large fries topped with cheese, Parmesan and herbs. Try to come before noon because the line gets very long.
My daughter a I came into BugerFi and was having difficulty using the kiosk to order. Veronica, the employee working the front, was eager to take our order. She made us feel like we were the most important people in the restaurant. She was so friendly and you could tell she enjoyed her job. Such great customer service. She even came by to make sure our order was correct and everything was good. I have never had this happen at this restaurant before. I will definitely be returning and hope Veronica is there. She is such an asset to this location on Wake Forest Rd. Wish I could give service more than 5 stars.
Love the burgers here and the staff is great. It is a diner like setup which is fine.

Service - Wonderful and pleasant Food-(vegetarian burger and Parmesan & herb fries) the burger was extremely satisfying but not stuffing to make you feel awful. It was seasoned very well,had lots of flavor and the sauce was on point!!! The fries were Not greasy which I appreciated. They were fresh, had a great crunch and were cooked just right!!! The parmesan and herb added a nice touch as well. We will be back and recommend for sure.
Sherry was so wonderful!! Just made my day. She went above and beyond to get me something special even when they didn't have it. She makes the place warm and inviting❤️ ...I'll definitely be back here again.☺️
Visiting from out of town and first time visiting. The staff was inviting and friendly. The food was excellent. Huge portions. Onions rings and fries were delicious. Great tasting burger! Even enjoyed the cookies n cream custard desert. Had a great visit.
Delicious burgers and fries. The grilled cheese won with my kid. The CEO was awesome. They didn't kill it with truffle flavor like most places.

I came in during a rush and Ms. Veronica made my dining experience wonderful! She was very pleasant and her customer service is top tier! The food didn't take long to come to our table and it was delicious per usual! The dining area was clean and me and my family enjoyed our meal! The burgers were big and juicy and the milkshakes were really good! It may be a bit pricey, but worth it because of the quality of food and the excellent customer service!
Where do I begin ? Everything looked amazing and tasted even better. First time here and I was mind blown by the taste and easy order kiosk. Only thing I was confused about was the option to order onion rings instead of regular fries. I saw a couple ppl with onion rings and I wasn’t able to swap the fries out but eh no big deal I’ll be back. Clean establishment and pretty fast paced. Sat in the patio with my work group. Great location , busy little spot . A lot of traffic in that little shopping center. Definitely a go to place for great gourmet burgers with great taste.
