Was passing through and wanted a beer and Burger so I found this spot and I’m happy I did. Service was excellent. Manager and his staff were super friendly and helpful and the burger and fries with the homemade ranch was delicious. If you’re looking for anything I just mentioned even the ranch stop by you won’t be disappointed

The gentleman who attended me was very good. He was very helpful and provided great customer service. I told him it was my first time trying their food. He was not mistaken when he told me that I would like it. I more than liked it. I shared the fries and burger that I bought with 2 other of my family members. They were impressed with how good it was.

The food is always good here and the people are always nice. This location is 10x better than the one by the Arboretum. I come here bc the other one always has kids in the kitchen that usually screw up my order. Especially when it’s togo. But the food is always good and fresh here. The girl who works the counter is always incredibly nice and helpful. And she’s always cleaning which I appreciate. The place is always spotless. Burgerfi give that girl a raise! She’s one of the primary reasons I come here.

Ordered a burger and fry. A worker came out to compliment me on my tattoos so we chatted a couple minutes and I was in the process of ordering a drink and he asked if I had one and I said no I forgot but I’d like to order now and he said you can just take one for free, I thanked him. He said yes sir conversations are worth more and go a lot further than money.

Updated my review. Awesome employee made my shake upon arrival and added whipped cream and cherry without being asked to. Unfortunately can't remember his name. Something Spanish or Latin.

Going to this BurgerFi when the one in Preston Closed. Great staff! Very friendly. In particular a young lady named Savannah took our order and was very helpful to us and others around us (she cleaned up a spill they made very quickly and was very courteous). A young man named Alejanrdo came out and checked on how the milkshake he made (which was really good), and thanked us for coming. Great staff and very good food!

The food was excellent. Freshly prepared and absolutely delicious. This wasn’t my first time. And my first time wasn’t amazing. But I figured I’d give it another go. So glad I did! Had the ultimate bacon cheeseburger and the garlic aioli fries at Bobby’s (area manager) recommendation. Outside of that, Bobby’s energy and constant encouragement and enthusiasm for not just the customer but also their staff was contagious and truly refreshing! What an incredibly positive experience! Thank you!

Food good but every time they put wayyyy to much ketchup and mustard.. The purpose of the burger it to taste the burger not the drenched ketchup and mustard.

Ooh so worth the price. Today Nov 2 took my son to try a new Burger place Fulfilling an fresh. $12 He had the Double bacon cheese I wanted to see if he could finish this Burger lol 😆 he did in 10minutes. He'll differently get a full meal next time. Last wk I had the Rodeo Burger cryfry an the best strawberry milkshake. Husband had the CEO chili fries an Oreo. Our total was $64 bit like I said it's SOO WORTH the price. Make sure you don't nothing else to do after you eat cause you might take a nap lol.

My kids favorite burger place! I’ve had the vegan beyond burger a couple times myself, and have always been pleased. We pretty much always dine in, and the fries are always hot, tasty and MORE than plentiful. I appreciate the beer selection here. While it is limited, there are always some high quality local beers on tap, typically a Brewery Bhavana selection. The restaurant often is a bit messy, but not to the extent that it is concerning or off-putting, probably about what I would expect at a burger place. I am sure we will continue to patronize for years!

The food and service was great, they were very polite and fast. The food I've gotten has been amazing every time. The only time I had anything close to an issue was when I grabbed my online order without looking and grabbed the wrong one. I wasn't even out of the parking lot and they fixed everything when I went back and even gave me some extra discount on my next order, even though I feel it was mostly mu fault, and that was my worst visit. Simple put this place is delicious, the people are polite, and it's even fast. Definitely worth going to and my favorite place to get burgers.

Amazing customer service, I arrived about 2 mins before 11 and the manager was more than happy to not leave me outside waiting, my burger was outstanding and I can’t wait to go back

This place is really good. The burgers are super good and it is very good. Go there if you want to have a burger that would be the best.
