First of all… Amazing food, got a chicken sandwich and a cheeseburger and wow it was good. But now for why I left the review. it’s simply because the young cashier, Shane who is a very polite and helpful.. young man deserves credit for his hard work, and kindness. I know personally the last thing you want to do during a long day of work is be the nicest and most helpful in the room, and he showed just that. Great job kiddo, you deserve all the good karma coming towards you
A little outdated but excellent food and service
DEFINITELY go here! The meat was high quality beef and everything was cooked perfectly. Add to that, it had a nice atmosphere, the staff was friendly and upbeat... It was a really good experience and I can't believe I didn't know this place existed before.

Great place! My wife and I moved to Akron 6 months ago and we drive by Portage Trail frequently. Decided to give it a try today and it is very good! Love the fact that you can add/modify your order as you please in the self check out kiosk and add patties (burger or chicken) to your sandwich. And has a great beer selection as well! We will come back.
Ordered on line food was wrong but they fixed it right away with 0 issues
